Like Father, Like Son – Trophy walleye on Peisk lake

As the weather gets cooler it’s hard not to get excited for the 2019 fishing season. When I have been back in the office it is a real pleasure to chat with groups firming up trips for next year. The below pictures are from Piesk Lake outpost in June of this year. As they say like father like son as they both caught a 30 inch walleye one day apart. Considering the unique C shape on the tail fin they suspect it was the same fish. As it was released your chances are high to catch that trophy on Piesk in 2019!
